Manager Login
REGISTERED USERS - LOGIN
If you are already a
REGISTERED USERS, enter your
User Name and
Password.
Reasons for Login failure:
(1) mistyping either your username or password
OR
(2) your password has expired. (
NOTE: Passwords will expire every 60 days.)
(1) If your login fails due to mistyping, you will have only 2 more attempts to login. After the 3rd failed attempt, your account will be locked.
(2) If your password has expired, you will be prompted to
change your password. Use your
old password for this process. (As a security feature, you will receive an email, alerting you of the changed password.)
NOTE: Password must have a
minimum of 9 characters, and
up to 15 characters. Include at least one
Upper Case Letter, one
number, and one
symbol.
To avoid your password expiring, change your password within 60 days. The
Change Password function is found in
MY PROFILE under the
Login Account tab.
If you
forgot your password, click the
Forgot My Password button, and the
Reset My Password screen will appear. Enter your
User Name and click the
Submit button. You will be asked to answer your
Secret Question that you provided when you registered.
Manager/CAC Login
HR Office Personnel and
Hiring Managers must login with a
CAC card. Before you can login with a
CAC card, you must first create an account, using the
New Users registration process.
- Create your account, using the New Users registration.
- Once you have created your account, LOGOUT of the system, and
re-login by clicking the LOGIN/REGISTER link.
- Ensure that your CAC card is inserted into your card reader, select the
Manager Login tab, and click the CAC Login button. This will access your first time
CAC Registration page.
- Input your User Name and password for your newly created account. After successfully logging in, your
CAC card is registered with your account.
In the future you can login with your
CAC card, using the
CAC Login button found on the
Manager Login tab.
